Hotel Covell

 

Mark and I find ourselves in Los Angeles pretty often. It is definitely one of our favorite places!

A lot of times, we stay at my brother’s apartment, which is part of the reason we were really excited to stay at Hotel Covell. This place is seriously SO great. There are only nine suites, and each room is unique in its feel and aesthetic. The design is perfect, and all of the little details are adorable. Our suite felt like an apartment…but, you know, the friend’s cool apartment that you are jealous of. It was super spacious with a massive private balcony.

Lisbon

Lisbon was our final stop on the honeymoon. Honestly, by this time I was so ready to be home with Beckham, but ya know, Portugal wasn’t too bad.

As a woman, I feel obligated to warn all the other ladies out there that if you are planning to go to Lisbon… leave your heels at home. I can’t walk in heels on even ground, so the cobblestone streets and giant hills were not my friend.

Barcelona

 

If you are planning a trip to Europe, Barcelona should be at the top of the list. The weather was incredible, the people were super friendly and the food was hands down the best we had our entire honeymoon! The gothic quarter was my favorite area. The architecture was breathtaking. We decided to go on a “hop on, hop off” bus tour (cheesy but worth it). It took us to all the hot tourist spots including the Sagrada Familia, which is a must-see.

We Were Staying In Paris

Okay everybody, TODAY IS THE DAY!

So many people have encouraged me to start this blog, so here we are. I thought a honeymoon post would be the perfect way to kick things off as I’ve received a ton of questions about where to stay, what to see and places to eat – I can assure you I have plenty of suggestions considering we ate an unhealthy amount of food… We had the time of our lives, and I am so excited to share our adventures with everyone!
